About This Role
Boutique Air is seeking qualified First Officers (SIC) to fly the Pilatus PC-12 in executive and commuter configurations throughout the United States. The company operates under Part 135 charter and Essential Air Service, providing exposure to diverse airports and operational environments. Candidates need a commercial pilot certificate with instrument rating, minimum 700-1,100 total flight hours, and a First Class Medical certificate. The position offers a guaranteed annual salary of $30,000, health insurance, per diem allowance, and flexibility in scheduling with most pilots able to be home every day during their workweek. Domiciles are available in Boston, Dallas Fort Worth, and Portland with system-wide open time and trip trade opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate PC-12 in executive and commuter configurations
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Perform crew resource management procedures
- Comply with standard operating procedures and checklists
- Operate into diverse airport types in varying climates
- Complete flight paperwork and reports

Requirements
- Commercial pilot certificate with instrument rating
- Minimum 700-1,100 hours total flight time
- 100 hours point-to-point cross country time
- 25 hours night point-to-point cross country time
- Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Part 135 experience preferred
- 6 months pilot employment experience preferred
- 50 hours turbine time preferred
- 75 hours instrument time preferred
- Ability to obtain airport SIDA badge and pass threat assessment
- Valid driver's license
- Clean criminal record and background check
- No DUI or driving violations
- No violations/incidents on flying record
- Negative drug and alcohol test results
