About This Role
The E145 & ATR First Officer/Co-Pilot is responsible to the Commander for the safe and efficient execution of assigned duties throughout all phases of flight. The role supports aircraft operation, regulatory and company-procedure compliance, flight preparation, in-flight monitoring, documentation, and post-flight activities, while requiring the First Officer to be ready to assume command if the Commander is absent. The position reports to the Chief Pilot/Director of Flight Operations and operates across the assigned Group I or Group II aircraft fleet.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Commander with the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, perform duties assigned by the Commander, and assume command if the Commander is absent. At the beginning of each duty day at home base, sign the check-in register
- read and sign applicable Instructions to Flight Crew and Flight Crew Notices
- collect the Flight Envelope and non-dispatch documents from Operations Control
- assist with flight logs and ATC flight plans
- review the Jeppesen Airway Manual and confirm that amendments and required charts are available
- and ensure dispatch documents are onboard and properly signed. During flight, assist with flight management and aircraft control as assigned, use approved checklists for drills and procedures, maintain an accurate Flight Log covering ATC clearances, times, and fuel records, maintain a vigilant collision-avoidance lookout from the flight deck, and transmit company messages and operational information as required. After landing, assist the Commander in securing the aircraft, complete, sign, and return the Flight Envelope to Operations Control, report occurrences to the Commander, and contact Operations Control for advisory messages and disseminate relevant information to the crew.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid CPL or ATPL with an Instrument Rating, with the licence endorsed for the assigned Group I or Group II aircraft. The licence must remain current and be carried during every flight operation. The posting also requires thorough knowledge of flight operations, regulations, and company procedures
