About This Role
SAS (SAS Crew Services Ltd., an SAS Group company) is recruiting experienced A320 First Officers for its SAS Connect A320neo fleet based at London Heathrow (LHR), with assessment dates available from August and courses planned for late 2026 and early 2027. The permanent, full-time role offers flying across a broad European network as the airline expands, including its largest summer programme in 2026.

Requirements
- EASA CPL with ATPL theory subjects (frozen ATPL)
- EASA Class One medical
- ICAO Level 5 English language proficiency
- no incidents or accidents
- and an unrestricted right to live and work in the UK. A valid A320 type rating is preferable but not required. Selection runs through CV screening, an online interview, cognitive and personality tests, an assessment day with a simulator session and interview, and final background, security, right-to-work, and drug and alcohol checks.
