Wizz Air's She Can Fly programme is designed for aspiring female pilots to pursue aviation careers at affordable terms. This is an entry-level pilot training academy position aimed at increasing women's representation in commercial aviation. Candidates must be based in one of Wizz Air's operational countries with unrestricted work rights.
Requirements
- Female pilot applicants only
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Minimum high school degree
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to swim 50 meters without assistance
- Unrestricted right to live and work in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia
- University degree considered favorably
- Previous flight experience up to PPL license considered favorably
