About This Role
RAF-Avia is recruiting a Type Rated First Officer for Saab 340 operations in Latvia. The position requires a frozen ATPL(A) license minimum, valid Saab 340 type rating, MCC and UPRT Advanced Certificates, and ICAO English Level 4+. The role offers a net salary of €3,500/month plus per diem with hotel accommodation and a 20/20 duty/home schedule. All EU mandatory training and travel expenses are provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Saab 340 as First Officer
- Assist with pre-flight and post-flight procedures
- Support Captain with aircraft management
- Comply with EU aviation regulations
- Participate in recurrent training

Requirements
- EASA Part-FCL frozen ATPL(A) license as a minimum
- EASA Medical Class 1
- Valid type rating Saab 340

- Valid ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 (ELP 5-6 preferable)
- Valid IR(A)M and ME ratings
- EU passport
- Valid Criminal Record certificate (5 years validity per Latvian law)
- Current resume with 5-year employment history
