About This Role
5x Aviation seeks an experienced pilot to conduct aerial survey operations across Australia using the Piper PA-31 Navajo equipped with specialist equipment. This casual/part-time position offers varied flying in dynamic regional environments while maintaining the highest safety and professionalism standards. Requirements
- Current CPL(A) or ATPL(A)
- Current Class 1 or 2 Aviation Medical Certificate
- Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
- Current Flight Review
- Minimum 750 hours total flight time
- Minimum 50 hours multi-engine experience
- Minimum 25 hours on PA-31
- Demonstrated proficiency operating IFR and in remote/regional environments
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work away from home for extended periods
- Ability to obtain and maintain Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
