About This Role
Consolidated Pastoral Company seeks a fixed-wing pilot to operate a Cessna 172 from their remote Madura Plains station in Western Australia. The role combines aerial operations including stock spotting, fire surveillance, and supply runs with general station duties, offering accommodation and meals on a working sheep and cattle property in the Nullarbor region.
Requirements
- Commercial Pilot Licence (Aeroplane)
- Cessna 172 experience
- Current Medical Certificate
- Current and valid driver's licence (manual)
- Operate in controlled airspace with current ASIC Card (Red)
- Ability to live and work on remote cattle station
- Willingness to carry out other station roles when not flying
- Ability to work in all weather and temperature environments
- Physical capability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, lift and pull equipment
- Ability to lift 5-10-20 kilos frequently and occasionally more
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders
