About This Role
On-site flight support pilot under Textron Aviation's ProOwnership management agreement, flying a Citation Latitude (C680) based near Georgetown, TX. The crew resides within a 2-hour drive of the aircraft base and handles day-to-day flight activities including scheduling, trip planning, and aircraft care, operating under an agency agreement that gives operational control to the Owner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide on-site flight support for owners under the ProOwnership management agreement. Crews reside within 2 hours drive from the managed aircraft base (Georgetown, TX) and perform day-to-day flight activities, including scheduling, trip planning, and aircraft care. Responsibilities include providing product expertise on Citation and King Air systems
- acting as company liaison between the owner and Textron Aviation while operating under an agency agreement defining operational control of the Owner
- communicating Pilot-In-Command responsibilities and safe-operation standards
- performing preflight and post flight inspections
- ensuring aircraft are certified to MNPS/RVSM/RNP standards and scheduled for required inspections
- monitoring flight activities for compliance with crew duty limits, rest requirements, runway lengths and weather minimums
- maintaining familiarity with all applicable FAA and ICAO regulations
- ensuring training and flight currency
- and performing day-to-day department management duties such as flight logs, navigation database updates, and light aircraft cleaning.
Requirements
- EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Management or Aerospace related fields.
- In lieu of degree, must meet the qualifications below and a minimum of 3 years industry experience required.
- QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to obtain a valid US passport.
- Ability to obtain a FAA First Class medical.
- Airline Transport Pilot certification and demonstrated piloting skills higher than the minimums stated from the appropriate Practical Test Standards.
- FAA Flight Instructor Certification preferred.
- 3,000 Total Logged Flying Hours.
- 1000 Hours in Turbo Prop, Turbo Fan or Turbo Jet Aircraft.
- International operating experience preferred.
- Experience in Citation or King Air products preferred.
- Ability to consistently comply with customer insurance requirements.
- Must have valid driver's license.
