Aviation Charter Inc., a family-owned Part 135 air charter operator based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, is seeking experienced Pilots in Command to operate their fleet of King Air and BeechJet aircraft. The company has been operating since 1989 with a cohesive team of 30 pilots and operates an 8 on/6 off home-based schedule with minimal overnight hotel stays (less than two nights per month on average). Candidates must hold an ATP certificate with a minimum of 2500 total flight hours and 1000 hours multi-engine land experience, plus turbojet/turboprop capability. The position offers a competitive starting salary of $103,500 annually with per diem, medical/dental/life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) matching, with opportunities for BeechJet transition.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate King Air 90, King Air 200, and BeechJet 400A aircraft on charter missions
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and safety checks
- Manage crew resource management and cockpit operations
- Interact professionally with customers during charter operations
- Maintain flight logs and documentation
- Comply with Part 135 air carrier regulations

Requirements
- Valid ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) certificate
- First Class Medical Certificate
- Current US Passport
- Minimum 2500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 hours multi-engine land (MEL) experience
- Turbojet/Turboprop experience
