About This Role
Chartright Air Group, a Canadian private jet charter, aircraft management, maintenance and FBO provider, is hiring a First Officer on the Challenger 650 fleet based out of YYZ (Mississauga, ON). The First Officer works with the Captain to conduct flights safely, supports daily operations on reserve days, liaises with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales, and provides direct customer service to clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the First Officer on the Challenger 650 fleet based out of YYZ.
- Work with Captain to ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner.
- Support daily operation activities on available reserve days.
- Liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered.
- Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience.
- Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required.
Requirements
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IATRA.
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR.
- Valid Transport Canada Medical.
- Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- Minimum of 2000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours, jet or turbine time is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs.
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight, and balance.
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
