About This Role
Chartright Air Group is recruiting a full-time First Officer for its Challenger 350 operation based at YQM in Moncton. The role supports safe private-jet charter operations, works closely with the Captain and internal coordination teams, and contributes to a high-quality client experience. The position combines flight-deck responsibilities with operational support, customer service, recurrent training, and collaboration across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 350 aircraft in Moncton and work with the Captain to ensure every flight is conducted safely.
- Support daily operational activities during available reserve days, and liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams so that operational and service requirements are delivered.
- Contribute to a collaborative workplace by sharing ideas, improvements, and solutions with colleagues.
- Provide direct customer service to clients and help create an exceptional client experience.
- Complete monthly training courses and perform other duties as required.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold either a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IATRA, together with Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR, a valid Transport Canada Medical, and a Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- The stated experience minimums are 2,000 hours of total flight time, 500 PIC hours, and 200 multi-engine PIC hours.
- A university degree or college diploma in Aviation is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to lift up to 60 lb, have hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits, and demonstrate strong knowledge of aviation weather, airport performance, flight-plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations, and SMS safety practices.
