About This Role
Chartright Air Group is hiring a Challenger 300 First Officer based at YYZ in Mississauga for its Canadian private-jet charter operation. The role combines safe multi-crew flight operations with reserve-day operational support, coordination with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales, direct client service, monthly training, and collaborative process improvement. Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 300 fleet based out of YYZ and work with the Captain to ensure safe flight operations.
- Support daily operational activities on available reserve days, liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to deliver operational and service requirements, and contribute to a collaborative workplace where colleagues share ideas, improvements, and solutions.
- Provide direct customer service that supports an exceptional client experience, complete monthly training courses, and perform other duties as required.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), or a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IATRA, together with Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR, a valid Transport Canada medical, and a Canadian Radio Telephone License. The minimum experience is 1,500 hours total flight time and 500 hours of multi-engine PIC time
- jet or turbine experience is preferred but no quantity is stated. The role also requires the ability to lift up to 60 lb, hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits, and a strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight-plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), and SMS safety practices. Candidates should demonstrate a positive, collaborative mindset, strong written and verbal communication, exceptional client-service, organization and prioritization skills, and flexibility to support clients on a variable schedule.
