About This Role
The Cintas Pilot operates assigned flights supporting internal company partners, reports directly to the Chief Pilot, and maintains final authority over the aircraft while in operation. The role combines regulatory and company-procedure compliance with safe, service-oriented flight operations, including weight-and-balance, fuel and performance calculations, aircraft readiness, weather evaluation, preflight inspections, passenger comfort, stakeholder support, and PIC accountability. It requires 3,500 total flight hours, 2,000 turbine flight hours, and a Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot License; Sovereign C‑680 and Falcon 900EX/2000EX type or recent experience, along with corporate or private aviation experience, are preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities: Review and calculate aircraft weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance data to ensure safe operation.
- Ensure aircraft readiness, including cleanliness, proper provisioning, and preparation for passenger safety and comfort.
- Evaluate weather conditions at departure, enroute, destination, and alternate airports to support flight planning and safety.
- Comply with assigned schedules and operational directives while ensuring all required preflight inspections are completed.
- Support client and customer relationships by utilizing company systems and service protocols.
- Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) for assigned flights, maintaining full operational authority and accountability.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including responsibilities necessary to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
