About This Role
Cintas seeks a corporate Pilot in Cincinnati to operate flights supporting internal company partners. The pilot has final authority over assigned aircraft, acts as PIC, performs flight planning and aircraft-readiness work, and ensures regulatory compliance and passenger safety.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned flights supporting internal company partners.
- This role reports directly to the Chief Pilot and maintains final authority over the aircraft while in operation.
- Key Responsibilities: Review and calculate aircraft weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance data to ensure safe operation.
- Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) for assigned flights, maintaining full operational authority and accountability.
Requirements
- Skills/Qualifications Required Minimum 3,500 total flight hours Minimum 2,000 turbine flight hours Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot License Strong decision-making, communication, and situational awareness skills Ability to operate effectively in a highly regulated and safety-critical environment Preferred Type rating and/or recent experience in Sovereign (C‑680) Type rating and/or recent experience in Falcon 900EX/2000EX aircraft Experience in corporate or private aviation environment
