About This Role
Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a General Dynamics company, is hiring a PC-12 Pilot in its Flight Operations department in Savannah, Georgia. The position is a domestic Captain role operating Gulfstream flight operations aircraft in accordance with the Flight Operations FOM/SOP, in support of Airborne Customer Support (ACS), company maintenance, and other assigned functions. It is a full-time, first-shift role with travel up to 25%.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Gulfstream aircraft in accordance with the Gulfstream Flight Operations FOM/SOP in support of Airborne Customer Support (ACS), Gulfstream maintenance, and other assigned functions.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of domestic and technical operations, and communicate with Gulfstream personnel to facilitate effective support of the company and its customers.
- Manage and execute any assigned ancillary responsibilities and adhere to Gulfstream corporate policies and department Flight Operations Manual (FOM) policies and procedures.
- Effectively support the repair of aircraft issues with Corporate Maintenance and Technical Operations as needed.
- Assist Gulfstream Dispatch and the PIC with planning and coordinating flight activity, execute the safe and efficient conduct of all assigned flights, and serve as a positive brand ambassador for Gulfstream and General Dynamics.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 800 hours total flight time and at least one year of experience as a professional pilot in the aviation industry.
- Applicants must hold, upon hire, Instrument and Commercial Pilot licenses, a First Class FAA Medical Certificate, and a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) license.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- PC-12 or turboprop experience and turbine aircraft experience are preferred.
- Candidates must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
