About This Role
Part-time PC-12 Instructor Pilot role at SIMCOM by CAE in Lake Nona, Florida. The instructor delivers ground-school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, and Specialty courses, tailoring instruction to each customer's needs and providing constructive feedback through briefings and debriefings.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver standardized training in classroom and simulator environments
- provide Initial, Recurrent, and differences training
- conduct training in accordance with SIMCOM by CAE standards and safety requirements
- communicate effectively through verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
- and evaluate customer progress while providing constructive feedback to support learning objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications: an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate
- an FAA CFI or CFII rating
- a minimum of 1,000 total flight hours
- basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based programs
- and fluency in English (spoken, read, and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- a college degree and previous PC-12 experience.
