About This Role
Air Arabia Dammam is recruiting A320 Captains and First Officers through an open day in Bahrain on 1 October 2026. The event is open to Saudi and other GCC nationals, as well as other nationalities holding a GACA licence, and is specifically intended for A320 type-rated pilots. Requirements
- The opportunity is for A320 type-rated Captains and First Officers with at least 800 hours on the A320 family. Captain applicants must have a minimum of 4,000 hours of total flying time on commercial aircraft, including 800 hours on the A320 family
- a valid A320 type rating with at least two months' validity remaining at joining
- a valid licence endorsed with a valid A320 instrument rating
- an unrestricted, current Class 1 medical
- a maximum age of 60
- and English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above. First Officer applicants must have a minimum of 1,500 hours on the A320 family, a valid CPL or ATPL licence endorsed with a valid A320 instrument rating, a Frozen ATPL, a valid A320 type rating with at least two months' validity remaining at joining, an unrestricted, current Class 1 medical, a maximum age of 45, and English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
