About This Role
PRIVAJET is seeking a highly experienced aviation professional to join their Flight Operations Department as Nominated Person Crew Training. This part-time EASA AOC post-holder role requires formal approval by the competent authority and involves oversight and continuous improvement of all pilot and cabin crew training programs. The successful candidate will maintain the highest standards of training, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness, serving as primary liaison with TM-CAD on all training matters. Candidates must hold current Type Rating Examiner (TRE) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI) certification on Learjet 45 with significant experience in airline or business aviation flight operations and training management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assume full accountability for pilot and crew training program standards and compliance
- Promote proactive safety and training culture
- Maintain and continuously improve pilot and cabin crew training programs
- Set and enforce training standards in line with company policies and EASA regulations
- Act as primary liaison with TM-CAD and other authorities
- Ensure accurate training records for all crew members
- Coordinate with Rostering Department to schedule training and checks
- Lead development and quality assurance of training documentation
- Develop training programs for new aircraft types and operational changes
- Support recruitment and qualification of pilot trainers
Requirements
- Current Type Rating Examiner (TRE) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI) on Learjet 45
- Significant experience in airline or business aviation flight operations and training management
- Proven leadership in delivering multidisciplinary training programs
- Deep understanding of EASA regulations (Part-ORO, Part-ARA) and ICAO Annexes
- Demonstrated success in regulatory engagement and compliance oversight
- High school diploma (higher education preferred)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
- Valid passport and/or work permit for Europe
- Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
