About This Role
PAL Aerospace is hiring King Air 350 Captains for its NL Air Ambulance program, flying medevac missions for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador out of primary bases in Goose Bay and St. John's on a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off rotation. No type rating is required (training is provided), and PilotsGlobal's listing of this posting is explicit that the employer does not sponsor a work visa - applicants must already hold the right to work in Canada.
Duties & Responsibilities
- In October 2024, PAL Aerospace, Air Borealis and their partner Medavie Health NL were selected as the parties to design, manage and operate integrated ambulance services for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum of 500 hours multi-engine PIC.
- Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilots License.
- Valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating.
- Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical.
- Have a valid ATPL.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Must hold a current passport at time of hire.
- Must be able to travel without restrictions to the United States.
- Must have completed a high school diploma.
- Must meet Transport Canada English proficiency standard.
- Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
