About This Role
PAL Aerospace, in partnership with Air Borealis and Medavie Health NL, operates integrated air ambulance services for Newfoundland and Labrador using the King Air 350. The company is seeking Captains for its primary operating bases in St. John's and Goose Bay, NL, with the ability to commute from other locations within the province. Offers a rotational 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule, commuting support, and comprehensive total rewards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate the King Air 350 providing Air Ambulance services to communities in Newfoundland and Labrador, flying critical life-saving missions from primary operating bases in St.
- John's and Goose Bay on a rotational schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum of 500 hours multi-engine PIC.
- Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilots License.
- Valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating.
- Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical.
- Have a valid ATPL.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Must hold a current passport at time of hire.
- Must be able to travel without restrictions to the United States.
- Must have completed a high school diploma.
- Must meet Transport Canada English proficiency standard.
- Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
