About This Role
Airshare is hiring a Managed Challenger 3500 Second-in-Command (SIC) for its MKC base in Kansas City, Missouri, within its private-aviation operation. The role supports complex and dynamic aircraft operations and works with fellow crew members to provide safe and efficient transportation to aircraft owners while representing Airshare professionally. Duties & Responsibilities
- The Managed Challenger 3500 SIC assists in all aspects of complex and dynamic aircraft operations.
- Working with fellow crew members, the pilot provides safe and efficient air transportation to aircraft owners and represents Airshare in a professional manner.
- The position calls for innovation and imagination to help meet growing business demands efficiently and safely, while contributing to the collaborative execution of each trip and Airshare's best-in-class service.

Requirements
- Qualified pilots must have a four-year degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1,700 total fixed-wing flight hours, including 200 hours of JET SIC.
- Recent corporate flying experience is required.
- The pilot must live within one hour of Kansas City, Missouri, and must be located within one hour of the assigned base.
- Challenger 3500 type and current status are strongly preferred rather than mandatory.
- Additional qualifications include a First Class Medical certificate and ATP, compliance with all currency requirements regarding instrument flight time and night landings, successful completion of an instrument competency check in the assigned aircraft category, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
