About This Role
Root Aviation is recruiting Legacy 650 Instructors for a VIP (private corporate) operation based in Asia. The role is a direct-employment contract with the client offering USD 180,000 per annum net, with a rotation option and a renewable contract. The recruitment process runs approximately three months from the time of application.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Legacy 650 (EMB135) type rating instructor/examiner for a VIP operation based in Asia, providing instruction and checking on type.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold an ICAO ATPL with an EMB135 type rating and a TRI/E (type rating instructor/examiner) endorsement, and a First Class Medical.
- A minimum of 6,000 hours total time is required, including 1,000 PIC hours on type and 2,000 PIC hours on multi-engine.
- Recent flight experience on type is required, with no accident or incident history.
- Candidates must be below 50 years of age at the time of application.
