About This Role
Sybajet, a private aviation company providing aircraft management and luxury charter services, is seeking experienced Lear 45/75 Co-Pilots in Europe. The role covers safe, efficient and professional operation of the aircraft while delivering an outstanding experience for VIP clientele.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate the Lear 45/75 in accordance with aviation regulations and company SOPs
- Ensure highest safety, compliance and operational efficiency on all flights
- Work closely with flight operations, dispatch and ground handling teams
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness
- Maintain accurate flight documentation and reports

Requirements
- Valid ATPL with Lear 45/75 Type Rating
- Minimum 500 total flight hours, including 250 hours as PIC on jet aircraft
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling, including long-haul, overnight and on-call flights
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in international flight operations and regulatory compliance
- VIP and private charter experience
