About This Role
PrivateFlite Aviation is expanding its high-performance flight department within a vertically integrated aviation company providing FBO services, FAA Part 145 maintenance, aircraft management, and Part 135 charter operations. The Lear 45 Pilot will conduct safe, precise, professional charter flights while representing a premium brand and delivering an exceptional client experience. The role emphasizes sound judgment, operational excellence, accountability, service, safety, and disciplined performance, with opportunities for advancement into larger aircraft and leadership positions as the company grows.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute Part 135 charter operations with precision and professionalism
- complete comprehensive pre-flight planning and risk assessments
- maintain strict compliance with FAA regulations and company standard operating procedures
- provide premium-level client service throughout every mission
- coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and other crew members
- manage domestic and international logistics seamlessly
- and ensure aircraft readiness, presentation, and documentation meet company standards.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold an ATP Certificate, have 2,000+ hours of total flight time and 1,500+ hours of multi-engine time, and possess turbine experience.
- The position also requires strong knowledge of Part 135 operations and regulatory discipline, excellent crew resource management and decision-making skills, and a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
- Preferred qualifications include a Learjet type rating, charter experience, strong proficiency with electronic flight bags and scheduling platforms, and client-facing professionalism.
