About This Role
CAE USA Inc is seeking a King Air/C-12 Multi-Engine Instructor Pilot for the US Army Fixed Wing Program in Dothan. Requires 6 years flying experience with 1000 PIC hours and 500 hours as a flight instructor (250 multi-engine). Must hold FAA Commercial, Multi-Engine, Instrument ratings and CFI certifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years total flying experience
- Minimum 1000 hours Pilot in Command
- Minimum 500 hours as Flight Instructor
- Minimum 250 hours instructing in multi-engine airplanes
- FAA Commercial Pilot certificate with multi-engine land rating
- FAA Instrument Airplane rating
- FAA Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate
- FAA Multi-Engine Flight Instructor (MEI) certificate
- Current Multi-Engine Instructor/Instrument (ME II) certificate
- Valid FAA Class II Flight Medical Certificate
- Eligible for DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong oral presentation and instructional skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work overtime and any shift
- Military Instructor Pilot experience highly preferred
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, stoop, bend, and crawl as required
- Ability to detect odors and hear operational sounds
