About This Role
Axis Jet is hiring a full-time King Air 350 Captain (Pilot-in-Command) for FAR Part 135 charter operations based in Sacramento, California. The role is based at a Northern California location with close access to Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley, the San Francisco Bay area and the Pacific coast. The position carries an 18-month training commitment and requires relocation to within a two-hour callout radius of the Sacramento area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command (Captain) of a King Air 350 operating FAR Part 135 on-demand charter flights out of Sacramento, California, maintaining readiness within a two-hour callout window.

Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2,000 hours total flight experience, including 500 hours of turbine time, and hold a First-Class medical certificate.
- Current or prior King Air Part 135 experience is preferred, as is proficiency on the Collins Proline 21, EFIS-85 and Garmin G1000 avionics.
- Applicants must commit to an 18-month training agreement and relocate to the Sacramento area to remain within a two-hour callout time frame.
- Applicants are asked to provide aircraft total flight time, total time in model if rated on type, the date of their last Part 135 check if they have prior experience, and the date of their last simulator-based training event.
