About This Role
AirSprint is hiring Jet First Officers for various locations in Canada within its fractional private-aviation operation. Reporting to the respective Chief Pilot, pilots are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of AirSprint aircraft throughout the Americas, Hawaii, Europe and beyond, while providing personalized customer service to aircraft Owners. The role requires a professional and adaptable approach, adherence to standard operating procedures, sound pilot decision-making, prompt response to irregular operations, and collaborative teamwork. The standard schedule is 16 days on and 12 days off, with 14/14 and 18/10 options available on an as-available basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The First Officer will operate AirSprint aircraft safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- The role involves adapting to unknown destinations and routes with company support, adjusting to changes in daily operations during available workdays, and responding promptly to irregular operations while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Pilots provide a personalized private-aviation experience to Owners, maintain a professional demeanor, prioritize safety, follow standard operating procedures, use sound pilot decision-making, and work collaboratively to deliver safe, seamless, and memorable travel experiences.
- While performing these duties, they are expected to demonstrate AirSprint's values and contribute to the team's shared goals and standards of excellence.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), have a Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas permitting travel throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe, and be able to travel to the United States as a passenger for training.
- They must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and Corporate CANPASS privileges, successfully complete a criminal background check, and regularly lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds.
- First Officers must have 1,500 hours of total flight time, 250 hours of PIC time, and either an Intermediate Airline Transport Rating (IATRA) or written ATPL examinations.
- Bonus qualifications include an aviation degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution, jet experience, time on type, corporate experience, and oceanic or overseas experience on the Embraer fleet.
