Requirements
- Hold a valid and current Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Instrument Instructor (CFII) certificate
- Demonstrated knowledge of FAA regulations, flight training standards, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team of flight instructors
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with students, instructors, management, and external stakeholders
- Ability to serve as an emergency contact, available by phone 24/7 as needed
