About This Role
Aero Toyota Corporation is recruiting career pilots for its business jet operation at the Nagoya Operations Center. Depending on experience and the company’s future staffing needs, successful applicants will be hired as either Captain or First Officer to operate Cessna Citation C680 aircraft on domestic and international routes. The role combines business jet flight operations with associated ground duties and supports responsible VIP flying, with potential long-term development into training and checking functions. The position offers a generally calendar-based work pattern, although flight duties may require irregular hours, and the joining date is negotiable.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Cessna Citation C680 business jets on both international and domestic routes.
- Responsibilities include piloting the business jet and performing ground duties associated with flight operations.
- The operation involves responsible VIP flights, with approximately 250 flight hours scheduled annually.
- Flight duties may result in working hours becoming irregular.

Compensation is determined under company regulations, with preferential treatment based on practical experience and professional capability.Benefits include an annual pay review in July, bonuses paid in June and December, retirement at age 65, enrollment in various social insurance schemes, and housing, flight duty, commuting, and family allowances.The family allowance is scheduled to end with the payment for March 2028 due to a planned system revision.The position provides more than 120 annual holidays, a two-day weekly weekend, year-end and New Year leave from December 29 through January 3, 11 days of paid leave in the first year, two days of seasonal leave, and 12 days of life-support leave.Normal working hours are 09:00–17:30 with a one-hour break, subject to irregularity caused by flight duties.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold either an Airline Transport Pilot Licence, or a Commercial Pilot Licence together with an Instrument Rating. A Class 1 aviation medical certificate, at least 3,000 hours of total flight time, an aviation radio operator qualification, and an aviation English proficiency certificate are required
- equivalent aviation English ability may also be accepted. The company welcomes applicants with experience as a Captain under Article 72 of Japan’s Civil Aeronautics Act and international flight experience.
