About This Role
Vista is recruiting First Officers for its Challenger fleet within a global business aviation operation serving more than 200 countries and territories. The role supports an industry-leading flight deck delivering client service 24/7/365, with strong emphasis on safety, crew development and Evidence Based Training.
Duties & Responsibilities
- As a First Officer on the Challenger fleet, the successful candidate will work as part of Vista’s industry-leading flight deck team, delivering the ultimate client experience on worldwide business-jet operations 24/7/365.
- The role is part of an operator focused on crew development, high safety standards and Evidence Based Training.

Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum of 2,000 hours total flight time, including 500 hours of multi-engine experience.
- The posting accepts a valid EASA Part-FCL frozen ATPL or full ATPL, excluding UK CAA and French DGAC licences.
- Candidates must also hold a valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME-IR (A)) or an applicable type/class rating with PBN, and must have completed MCC and Advanced UORT or hold a multi-pilot type rating.
- A valid EASA Part-FCL Class 1 Medical Certificate is required, along with COVID-19, Yellow Fever, and Hepatitis A and B vaccinations.
