About This Role
Vista America is seeking a permanent, full-time, home-based First Officer/SIC for a CL65 managed aircraft in the United States. The role combines Part 91/135 business-aviation flying with problem-solving, brand-ambassador and luxury passenger-service responsibilities, and reports to the VP of Flight Operations. The posting requires an ATP, 2,500 hours of fixed-wing time, 1,000 hours PIC, 500 hours multi-engine time and 300 hours of logged IFR jet experience, along with recent flight activity, a First Class Medical Certificate, a clean safety and enforcement history, international travel authorization and US work authorization; CL65 typing and experience are preferred. The package includes a $110,000 base salary, a 15/13 schedule, first-day salary and per diem, health, dental and vision coverage, a matched immediately vested 401(k), company-paid KCM and FAA medical, a company phone, credit card and uniform, and hotel and travel points.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The First Officer serves as SIC on a Vista America managed aircraft and is expected to be a strong problem solver, brand ambassador and supportive crewmember ready to lend a helping hand.
- The role is part of a global team and involves providing iconic, luxury service to passengers.
- Flying is a combination of Part 91 and Part 135 operations on a managed aircraft, with the position reporting to the VP of Flight Operations.

Requirements
- Pilot requirements include an ATP rating
- typing and experience in a CL65 are preferred. Applicants must have 2,500 hours of fixed-wing time, 1000 hours PIC, 500 hours multi-engine time and 300 hours of logged IFR jet experience, plus Part 91/135 experience. The posting allows no more than 2 checkride failures and requires 150 hours of flight time in the previous 365 days and 30 hours in the previous 90 days. Candidates must hold a current First Class Medical Certificate, have no accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years, and meet ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot. Applicants must be authorized to travel to and from all cities and countries served by Vista's family of companies and authorized to work in the United States.
