About This Role
Vista America is recruiting home-based Challenger 300/350 First Officers in the United States. The permanent full-time position has a 15/13 schedule and $110,100 guaranteed first-year base pay. The current advert requires a commercial pilot certificate and ATP written examination, with 1,500 hours of fixed-wing experience. A Challenger type rating and jet experience are preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate as First Officer in Vista America’s business aviation operations.
- Report to the Flight Operations Manager and support safe flight operations and passenger service.

Requirements
- FAA commercial pilot certificate and completed ATP written examination.
- At least 1,500 hours fixed-wing flight time, including 750 PIC and 250 multi-engine hours.
- Current FAA first-class medical certificate.
- No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in the preceding five years.
- Meet the applicable ICAO Annex 1, section 2.1.10 requirements for international multi-pilot operations.
- Ability to travel to the destinations served by the operator.
- Recent experience: 150 flight hours in the preceding 365 days and 30 in the preceding 90 days.
- No more than two checkride failures.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Challenger 300 type rating.
- Jet experience.
