About This Role
Flexjet, an award-winning private aviation company, is seeking experienced First Officers to join their team across multiple domiciles throughout the United States. This position involves piloting high-end business jets on both domestic and international flights, supporting Flexjet owners with professional and courteous service. Candidates must meet ATP minimums with a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours, current First Class Medical, valid passport, and the legal right to work in the United States. The role offers flexibility with home basing at numerous airports across the country and the opportunity to work with a customer service-focused organization in the dynamic business aviation sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Pilot assigned Flexjet aircraft for domestic and international flights
- Provide safe and professional flight operations for Flexjet owners
- Act functionally under the Pilot-in-Command on all flights
- Maintain high degree of crew coordination with professional and cordial demeanor
- Report to Fleet Chief Pilot for duty assignments and training
- Greet passengers and assist with seating and luggage storage
- Conduct passenger briefings
- Assist with emergency evacuations
- Adhere to Crew Flight Manual and Flight Deck Handbook procedures
- Maintain current medical certificate and notify Assistant Chief Pilot of any medical conditions affecting performance
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- ATP minimums (written complete, able to qualify for check ride)
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- Valid Passport
- Ability to obtain CANPASS permit (Canadian Customs program)
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in Part 135/91K or corporate aircraft desirable
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to travel in and out of the US and to all cities/countries where Flexjet serves
- Must be able to report to assigned domicile within two hours regardless of weather conditions
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 135, Part 91 Subpart K, and Part 91
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills
- Computer skills for word processing, email, and web-based applications

- Willingness to reside near assigned domicile
