About This Role
Jet Aviation is hiring a First Officer for the Falcon 7X based in Scottsdale, AZ. The First Officer supports the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in a private/business aviation environment, flying diverse domestic and international routes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in all assigned flights by collaborating closely with the Pilot in Command, contributing to critical decisions that ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate precisely, manage flight plans effectively, and adapt to changing conditions.
- Work alongside the Captain to gain experience and develop skills necessary for future leadership roles.
- Perform duties related to the TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as required.
- Conduct or assist with passenger safety briefings, report hazards, and record and report all aircraft discrepancies.
- Assist in managing trip documentation and maintaining aircraft manuals.
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements What We’re Looking For: We are seeking experienced pilots who are ready to rise to the challenge and have: Expert Credentials: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical required.
- Proven Experience: 2,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including 500 hours as Pilot in Command, 500 hours Multi-Engine, 100 hours Turbo-Jet Flexibility: Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles.
- Global Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- License Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
