About This Role
Envoy Air, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group and the largest regional airline provider for American, is seeking First Officers for their growing Embraer E170/E190 fleet. The airline offers industry-leading compensation starting at more than $90 per hour, with new First Officers eligible to receive Captain's pay at 750 Part-121 flight hours through December 31, 2026. Candidates should have commercial or ATP certification and meet Part 121 requirements. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Embraer E170/E190 aircraft on scheduled routes
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Comply with all safety procedures and FAA regulations
- Complete flight reports and required documentation
- Coordinate with crew and air traffic control

Requirements
- Commercial Pilot License or ATPL
- Part 121 experience or cadet program completion
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English proficiency
- Ability to commute to Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago, Miami, or Phoenix bases
- Pass background check and security clearance requirements
