About This Role
Porter Airlines, a Toronto-headquartered Canadian regional/scheduled carrier operating Embraer E195-E2 and De Havilland Dash 8-400 aircraft, is hiring a First Officer for its Embraer E-Jet family (E170/190) fleet based in Toronto (YYZ), amid rapid growth and fast upgrade timelines to Captain.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Our pilots are leaders who work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational goals and meet our Flying Refined service standards. Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) including reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations

Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot License (Transport Canada), or SAMRA and SARON exams completed Minimum 1500 hours total time Previous jet experience in high density airspace considered an asset Preference will be given to those with time on E170 type variant and with CARs 705 operational experience Aviation College or University Degree is an asset Must possess the legal ability to work in Canada Must posses a current, valid Canadian Passport, or a current, valid International Passport with a valid US Crewmember Visa (C-1/D) Pilots that do not meet the minimum requirements may be considered based on experience and other factors
