Requirements
- Maintain high level of knowledge in Company Policy and Manuals, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications
- Maintain currency with regard to medical, training, and hourly flight requirements
- Use superior judgment for safe and efficient flights
- Maintain high level of personal decorum, professional conduct, and personal appearance
- Maintain awareness of crew legality requirements and communicate with Chief Pilot’s Office
- Maintain required communication with maintenance and dispatch personnel
- Provide crew communication reports and crew incident reports
- Attend company training events to maintain currency
- Ensure passenger needs are met with regard to safety and comfort
- Provide relevant informational updates to passengers as needed
- Adhere to approved company uniform, materials and flight kit as outlined in FOM
- Provide Chief Pilot’s Office with any information regarding safety of flight
- Possess excellent interpersonal and cognitive skills
