About This Role
NovaJet, a leading Canadian charter and aircraft management operator, is seeking an experienced First Officer for a career-focused position based in Halifax. The role involves operating the newly delivered Bombardier Challenger 3500 for a well-established, long-term client with a dedicated 3-pilot crew. Candidates require a minimum of 2000 hours total flight time with 500 hours multi-engine experience and 500 hours turbine time preferred, along with an ATPL-A license. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Bombardier Challenger 3500 on charter missions
- Support stable 3-pilot crew operation for dedicated client
- Conduct flight operations in coordination with NovaJet Operations Control Center
- Execute safe and efficient missions with professional flight planning support
- Maintain compliance with IFR operations and Group I requirements

Requirements
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine time
- 500 hours turbine time preferred
- Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL-A) preferred
- Category I medical certificate
- Group I IFR rating
- Ability to obtain RAIC security pass
- Satisfactory criminal record check
- Ability to obtain TSA approval to initiate training
- Valid Canadian passport
