About This Role
AB Jets is seeking First Officers to operate Challenger 3500 aircraft in a home-based charter operation with 30+ approved US domiciles. This role offers industry-leading compensation ($138,000-$180,000 annually), excellent quality of life benefits, and a 16/12 schedule with known days off. Applicants must hold an ATPL certificate with minimum 2000 total hours, 1000 PIC hours, and a CL-30 type rating (preferred) or willingness to obtain CL3500 type rating. The position requires legal work authorization in the USA, current First Class Medical, and ability to live within 1.5 hours of an approved base.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Challenger 3500 aircraft on charter missions
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and aircraft preparation
- Navigate and manage flight operations as Second-in-Command
- Ensure compliance with FAA and company regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to charter clients
- Coordinate with flight crew and dispatch

Requirements
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) Certificate
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 hours PIC time
- Minimum 25 hours multi-engine time
- Minimum 75 hours instrument time
- Current & Qualified in CL-30 type (preferred)
- Valid unrestricted passport
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- FAA Instrument Rating
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass CANPASS
- Legal work authorization in USA
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs
- Pass company and TSA background checks
- No accident, incident, or enforcement in past 5 years
- Able to work flexible hours
- Must live within 1.5 hours of approved base
- Maximum age 65 for international operations
