About This Role
Seaplane Asia Group is seeking experienced Cessna C208 pilots (Thai nationals only) to join their growing seaplane operations based in Bangkok, Thailand. The company operates premium seaplane and luxury aviation services across Asia with a commitment to safety and operational excellence. SIC (Second-in-Command) positions require a minimum of 250 total flight hours, valid ATPL or CPL, Class 1 Medical, and ICAO English Level 5 proficiency. The role offers training on the C208EX amphibian aircraft, growth potential within a dynamic aviation venture, and a competitive compensation package. Two SIC positions are available for short-term hire with selection occurring in March 2026.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct premium flight services in full safety aligned with company policies
- Act as Second in Command (SIC) on seaplane operations
- Operate Cessna C208 amphibian aircraft
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the COO

Requirements
- Thai national only
- Minimum 250 hours total flight time (for SIC position)
- Valid ATPL or CPL license
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid Instrument rating
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5
- Cessna C208 SET certification
- Last flight on type within 12 months (for PIC)
- Willingness to fly seaplane operations
