About This Role
Avcon Jet, a dynamic international business aviation company, is seeking an ambitious First Officer for Bombardier Challenger 350/3500 operations based in Europe. The company operates a diverse fleet of business jets and provides jet management, charter, and aviation consulting services. Candidates must hold a frozen EASA ATPL with Class I Medical, minimum 1000 total flight hours, and at least 500 hours on type. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Bombardier Challenger 350/3500 aircraft as First Officer
- Perform pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Manage crew resource management procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Complete required flight reports and documentation

Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL license (frozen acceptable)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours on Challenger 350/3500
- Bombardier Challenger 350/3500 type rating required
- Unrestricted and valid passport
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
