About This Role
Royal Air Maroc is recruiting B787 Dreamliner First Officers for immediate positions starting July-August 2026. As one of Africa's largest airlines, Royal Air Maroc operates over 103 routes connecting major capitals across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and the Middle East. This is a 5-year renewable contract requiring 300 hours on B787 with a valid type rating and Class 1 Medical. The position offers a competitive salary, annual bonuses, overtime pay (above 80 hours), and a commuting contract with 7 days off monthly plus 24 annual leave days.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate B787 Dreamliner on scheduled international routes
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Manage flight operations and crew resource management
