Compass Cargo Airlines is a growing Bulgarian cargo operator flying Boeing 737-800SF aircraft alongside Boeing 747-400F and 747-400ERF widebody fleets for an expanding international network serving major cargo customers. This full-time employee role is for a Boeing 747-400 First Officer in an international, multicultural, EASA-compliant operation where night flying, tight ground turnarounds and dangerous-goods handling are routine. Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a valid EASA CPL/ATPL (A) or MPL (A) licence without operator bonding, a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate and a valid B747 type rating.
- They need ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher and a minimum of 1,000 hours on type.
- The role also requires strong communication and teamwork skills together with a professional, collaborative approach to operations.
