About This Role
Air Belgium, a cargo airline part of the CMA CGM Group, is seeking experienced First Officers for Boeing 747-8 operations based in Belgium. The company operates a fleet of 2 B747-8 aircraft serving cargo routes to China and worldwide destinations, with plans for fleet expansion in 2027. Candidates must have a minimum of 2000 hours total flight time with 1500 hours on large aircraft (B737/B747/B757/B767/B777/B787), along with valid EASA CPL/ATPL, B747 type rating, and IR rating. Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate actively in flight briefings and maintain awareness of flight specifics
- Assist in ensuring on-time flight performance
- Address problems or concerns in consultation with the captain
- Handle safety and security issues during flight following relevant procedures
- Act as company ambassador, promoting company values
- Ensure efficient teamwork and assist colleagues as needed
- Operate Boeing 747-8 on cargo routes
- Perform other duties relevant to company objectives within competencies

Requirements
- Valid EASA CPL or ATPL license
- Valid B747 type rating
- Valid IR (Instrument Rating)
- Minimum 1500 hours on B737/B747/B757/B767/B777/B787
- Minimum 2000 hours on aircraft with MTOW exceeding 44 tons
- ELP (English Language Proficiency) Level 5 or higher
- Right to work and live in Belgium
- Valid health-related certificates required to enter territories served by Air Belgium
- All ratings and endorsements must be present on EASA license
