About This Role
Copa Airlines is recruiting B737 First Officers to join its growing passenger operation through the Hub of the Americas. The airline seeks pilots committed to operational safety and customer service who can support the Captain while complying with local and international aviation regulations and company procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The First Officer safely assists the Captain in operating the B737 in accordance with all applicable local and international aviation regulations, Copa Airlines policies, and company procedures.
- The role requires a continuing commitment to flight safety and passenger service.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Commercial Pilot License, although the required application documents may include either a Commercial or ATP Pilot License.
- They must have a current unrestricted First-Class Medical Certificate, a multi-engine rating, an instrument rating, at least ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5, and a valid United States tourist visa.
- Panamanian applicants require at least 250 hours of total fixed-wing flight time, while foreign applicants require at least 1,000 hours.
- Candidates must submit all required documentation with the initial application: a résumé, a copy of their ID or passport, a copy of their Commercial or ATP Pilot License, a copy of their current unrestricted First-Class Medical Certificate, and an updated logbook sealed by a valid aviation authority.
- Applications lacking required documents will not be considered, and submitted applications cannot later be modified or supplemented.
