About This Role
Air Wisconsin is seeking First Officers to operate CRJ-200 aircraft on regional airline operations based in Killeen, Texas. The airline operates a fleet of over 50 regional jets and provides industry-leading quality of life with competitive compensation, extensive benefits, and excellent scheduling. First Officers earn starting pay of $97.44/hour with a $5,000 new hire bonus, longevity matching with no cap for pilots with 121 experience, and a minimum 75-hour monthly pay guarantee. Benefits include paid commuter hotels, minimum 12 days off per month, 401(k) matching up to 8%, health insurance, per diem, and uniform allowances.
Requirements
- Valid ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) certificate or qualification to obtain ATP or Restricted ATP
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Radio License
- Valid US passport
- Valid United States driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Fluent English language skills (read, write, speak, understand)
- Ability to pass comprehensive criminal background check
- Meet all federal contract qualification standards
- Satisfy TSA/federal aviation security requirements
- ATP-CTP Course Completed (preferred)
- Previous 121 experience (preferred)
