About This Role
HK Express, Hong Kong's first and only low-cost carrier, is recruiting Airbus A320 First Officers for its Hong Kong base through two parallel entry streams: pilots who already hold an A320 type rating and pilots who do not. The airline flies one of the youngest and most modern fleets in the world and keeps opening new routes, often to secondary and emerging destinations across the region. Both streams require a valid multi-engine ICAO CPL with an Instrument Rating acceptable to the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD), a radiotelephony operator's licence, a Class 1 medical certificate and ICAO English Level 4 or above. Type-rated applicants need 500 flying hours on type, while non-type-rated applicants qualify through one of three alternative flight-experience routes starting at 1,000 hours. The package includes a contractual bonus and profit-sharing scheme, 35 days of annual leave, relocation subsidies, Cathay Pacific Group travel benefits, and life, personal-accident and loss-of-income insurance.
