About This Role
Air Arabia Group is recruiting an experienced First Officer for A320 operations based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The airline operates a modern fleet serving numerous destinations with a low-cost carrier business model. Candidates must have a minimum of 4000 hours total flight time with an ATPL license and A320 experience. This position offers the opportunity to work for a dynamic regional airline with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and professional crew management in the Middle East market.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL license (Appropriate ATPL License is a must)
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- A320 experience preferred
- Pass technical/psychometric assessment for pilots
- Valid Medical Fitness check-up (Class 1 Medical standard)
- Training in safety and emergency response
- Proficient in aircraft systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Very good English language proficiency
- Crew Resources Management Training (advantage)
- Experience with low-cost airline (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures
- Ability to work in changing environment with heavy workload schedules
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
