About This Role
Norwegian's Experienced Non-Type-Rated First Officer project, open for incoming applications. Successful candidates may receive an offer for a position at any of Norwegian's bases in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, or Spain, or be placed in a pilot holding pool for future opportunities. Process includes an Assessment Day with a company presentation, group exercise, 2:1 interview, and a simulator session as Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring. Permanent employment with the base specified in the contract offer. Application deadline: 31.08.2026.
Requirements
- Non-Type Rated First Officers EASA ATPL or CPL License + ATPL theory EASA Medical Class 1 AUPRT & MCC (unless having/or had a multi-pilot Type rating in EASA) Multi-engine IR must be valid at the time of application.
- Expired ratings may be accepted if they have not been expired for more than 12 months.
- Minimum 1500 hours total time (Military 800 hours total) 500 hours on multi-crew and multi engine aircraft.
- ELP level 5 or higher No criminal record and able to pass 5-years security check Have the legal right to live and work in the EU/EEC region.
- Unrestricted Passport Our minimum height requirement of 157 cm (approximately 5tf 2 in) for safe cockpit operation
