About This Role
Air Dolomiti is recruiting Experienced First Officers for full-time direct-entry positions based at Florence, Venice, or Verona. The role is open to both rated and non-rated pilots and involves safe, punctual, efficient airline operations within Lufthansa Group standards and Air Dolomiti’s expanding European network. First Officers will work in a professional, diverse, and collaborative team while contributing to safety, service quality, sustainability, and the airline’s continued development.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The First Officer will operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, supporting punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and high service quality for passengers.
- Responsibilities include preparing and conducting flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti’s operational procedures and applicable regulations, cooperating actively with other crew members, ground staff, and air traffic control, and continuously maintaining and developing professional knowledge and skills.
- The role also requires responsible conduct, a strong commitment to sustainability, and proactive contributions to Air Dolomiti’s corporate culture and collaborative, growth-oriented working environment.

Requirements
- Applicants should demonstrate strong decision-making, motivation to begin or continue their First Officer career with Air Dolomiti, leadership potential, and teamwork skills.
- Required qualifications include an EASA Part-FCL ATPL(A), or a CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory, an MCC certificate, Advanced UPRT training in accordance with EASA FCL.745, and 2,000 flight hours in commercial airline operations in a multi-crew cockpit on CS-25 and CAT aircraft.
- Candidates must hold a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate, have English proficiency at a minimum of ICAO Level 4, and possess EU citizenship or an unlimited residence and work permit.
- A passport with unrestricted validity is required, with additional entry-restriction conditions for non-EU passport holders.
- Selection follows Air Dolomiti standards, with recognition of Lufthansa Group selection processes potentially considered.
